i took clomid w ovidrel for 3 cycles. had 3-4 large follicles each time. had iui's but no pregnancy. has anyone had similiar experience and became pregnant using inject? i'm concerned bc it's my understanding the inject do similiar job as clomid - just stronger. if the clomid gave me nice follicles should i move directly to ivf?

I test drove a car listed on Ebay. The steering wheel wobbled, I heard a slight squeal when coasting at slow?

Ever since I was young, my parents thought I was stupid, the same, and thought I really wouldn't go far. So ever since I was 15 I started having a sick desire of wanting to become a psychopath because I wanted to become something that was very different from society, kind of like an anti-social dependency that is not with human contact. Some nights I say to myself "Omg, what have I done? I want to change! I don't want to live a life like this, and hurt people." But then the next day, I totally change my mind and the bad things from my mind carry me on a drive into inflicting pain into other people or just trying to go farther in the world. Some days its like I really am on a drive to start changing but then someone says something harmful and my brain restarts and I try to destroy that person. A lot of times I feel I have developed a permanent split personality that won't allow me to get help because when I do want to help, my other side will just drive me away and make myself think its stupid and I don't need it. Clicking and rubbing sound while braking?

Hello, I just replaced the brakes on my 1999 Chrysler Concorde a few weeks back. The car has 113,000 miles on it. Today I have noticed a noise in a "rub-click rub-click" pattern when I brake at speeds slower than 10 MPH. Its relatively loud and only does it when I brake. It sounds like it is coming from the front. It does the same thing if I brake over a turn, and it does not do it in reverse. My car brakes evenly despite this noise and does not pull to any side when I brake. There is no out of the normal vibration or wobble in the steering or brake pedal either, yet its only doing it WHEN I BRAKE. Any ideas or things I can check? My hunch is a faulty brake pad on the inside of one of my rotors or something embedded on the inside of one of the rotors. If this isn't the case, what may I check or look for otherwise? Thanks!

How do I stick to a weight-loss regimen?

I'm a 22 year old male, 6'1", and about 298 lbs. Obviously I'm a bit overweight for my age and height, and I've wanted (and needed) to lose weight for quite some time now. My family has a high risk for arthritis, high blood pressure, and diabetes and I'm afraid that if I don't lose weight, I'll be head down on or more of those roads soon. My problem is motivation and consistency. I cannot under any cirstances keep myself motivated to stick to any type of workout and diet plan to lose weight. I guess I'm unable to see the long term benefits. I've even tried negative ways to force myself to stick to it, but I don't last for more than about a week or so (which is really week I know.) I guess it also doesn't help that I have unrealistic expectations. I somehow expect to work out for a week and drop about 70 lbs! I know that's not going to happen, but realistically over the next year or two, I'd like to try to lose at least 70 lbs. Any ideas on how to stick to a diet and workout plan? I'm open to almost anything!

I had to choreograph a song for somone. Well...this female who has always talked down at me was in the room(along with other people) while I was doing my dance; She choreographs dances also. When I was dancing, she would blatantly burst out laughing or she would whisper things really loud into another person's ear while watching me. Amazon MP3 weirdness?

I used to download albums off of torrents, but I stopped because it was too risky (a lot of tracks would have errors), and I want to support the artists. I would begin by reading to the baby in the womb. Sing the ABC's, count the 1-2-3's and continue so after birth. They can hear everything going on around them. I would stay away from television to create a gifted child also. Television is simply a distraction and children who are left to amuse themselves are often much more creative beings. Instill the importance of education from a very early age, teach manners and always talk to them as if they were an adult. That's what I would do if I ever got the chance to be a parent.

I need to recaulk the concrete slabs around the pool. Not inside, but outside surface perimeter. What to do?

All you need to do is remove the old caulking. Purchase a 1" backer rod material and some self leveling joint sealant. (Thats the grey rubbery stuff currently there) Quickcrete brand comes in bottles I believe and other brands come in oversized caulking tubes. Install the backer rod material into the crack 1/4" from the top of the surface. Once all of the backer rod is in place you can start pouring the sealant into the gap. It can get messy if you try to go too fast. Home Depot and Lowes both have this sort of thing and it is generally inexpensive.The backer rod material serves two functions. First it keeps your sealant from running rampant and secondly allows you to control the depth of your sealant to provide maximum elasticity. Hope this helps.

Is there one medication that treats post hysterectomy symptoms?

I had a partial hysterectomy back in February (have one ovary left). I am having the following symptoms: Absolutely no drive, weight gain, depression, fatigue, severe irritability, can't sleep at night, absolutely no desire for social activities, and did I mention no drive? haha All of these things aren't anything like me. The irritability is starting to take its toll on my family and myself. I find myself snapping at my children for little things that never bothered me before. I feel tense alot of the time and an overwhelming feeling that there's always something that has to be done so i guess I'm having anxiety as well. I will go see my doctor to address all of these, but I'm not sure if I need to see my primary care physician or my ObGyn. So my question is this, is there one medication on the market today to treat all of my symptoms or will i have to take various medications and also should I see my regular doctor or my ObGyn? I recently started therapy. I am a recovering drug addict. I have been clean for over 8 years and have worked the 12 steps hard. I have a very violent past. I ran with gangs and such. I was incorrectly diagnosed with depression. In a fifteen minute consultation with a physicians istant. the anti depressants made me aggressive and irritable. I am off them and still feel aggressive. I am a Computer Networking Major right now and I have a year to go before I graduate. How about bringing in some dolls? You could make little lifejackets/PFDs for them if you are at all creative or good at crafts (they wouldn't have to actually work, just look like real ones). Where do you turn when a neurologist, a neurosurgeon, pain mngmt Dr & Rehab Spec dont know why leg numbness?

My husband had a cervical & lumbar spine mri in 8/08, he had cervical spinal surgery in 11/08 to shave bone spur, reconstruct 2 disc & have titanium plate & screws put in. Dr referred him to pain mngmt for lumbar pain, bulging disc, annular tear. Went to pain mngmt got one shot, no relief, got 2nd injection, dr gave injection slightly to the left to hopefully give more relief, told my husband his leg may hurt or be numb for 2 or 3 days but then it should feel better, that started the process of the entire leg being numb and pain shooting down his leg from his lumbar spine all the way to his foot, saw the same doctor 2 wks later, the dr said, he didnt believe injections would help, refered him back to a neurosurgeon, and told us he was leaving the practice. Our insurance changed so we had to see a different neurosurgeon, he did a cervical spine mri, thorasic spine mri, w/wo contrast, we also have an emg from a neurologist. The thoracic spine mri shows some degenerative changes of the lower thoracic spine but otherwise normal.The cervical spine sows the surgery and also evidence of facet arthrosis and uncovertebral joint spurring at multiple levels minimal broad based disc osteophyte comlex at c6-c7. resulting in mild neural foraminal narrowing at c3-c4 and c4-c5. Lumber spine shows L4-L5 diffuse annular bulge. small annular tear. also a second lumbar mri shows left posterolateral focal disc protrusion at the l5-s1 level extending into the left neural foramen. The emg shows Cervical radiculopathy c5-6 on the right with acute changes and lumbar radiculopathy L5-S1 on teh left with acute changes. So my question, sorry to be so long is: why is my husband left with nobody having an answer as to how and why his left leg is totally numb and when it is moved and manipulated by any of these doctors he has extreme pain in the leg, hip and back. The rehab specialist wont even touch him to try rehab. Social Security says "he cant lift heavy things but with a little on the job training he can learn another profession" he's a truck driver, painter, roofer???". Also he has psychological problems, won't even go into that. Anybody, please, where do I go next?????

I have been ually hared at my job and nothing has happened....?

If you're going to buy a laptop get one with about a 2.3 GHz Duo CPU, 3-4 gigs of RAM, a DVD/RW drive, decent sized hard drive, usually 250 Gigs, and a decent video card. What I mean by decent is, it's not cheap, it works great, itll do the job. I would get something bigger than an inspiron 15, I checked out the specs and some parts look small. You're battery is only 4 cell too. But since you can personalize it, I would go with the inspiron 15, as long as you soup it up a bit ^^ I hope i helped you!

washington is a Beautiful place to live. i've live all over the world, i now live in lacey wa about 10 min. south of ft lewis. if you like hiking, mountain biking, fishing, and other outdoor activities this is the place to be. the weather isn't as bad as you think, it's been about in the 50's all winter i think it got below freezing twice this year. it does rain but not hard usually jut a light drizzle, you will get used to it after a couple months. ft lewis is about 40 minutes away from seattle and about 1.5 hours away from portland OR. every body is really relaxed and easy to get along with because the area is full of pot smokin hippies.

Actually if you gonna hike through the main rainforest (Monteverde national park), you may as well just wear sneakers or whatever you're most comfortable in. The path is very easy and mostly covered with some type of hard surface that makes real hiking shoes a total overkill. If you do it by accident, it's ok, you can carry on fasting - no problem. But if you purposefully break your fast, it's really bad. My cousin is coming for the summer.Please HELP?

SHe has grown a lot since then and hopefully yoiu have too. Start looking at this in a positive light. My cousin and I went through the same thing every summer. We couldn't stand each other. Then when we grew up she told me she was always jealous of me and that is why she was so mean to me. I reallly had not idea. She had me believing she hated me when all she really needed was more LOVE but I just didnt understand it at the time. You never know why people act the way they do. It is ALWAYS better to be sympathetic to them and be especially nice to them. That will usuallly do it every time. She will then start treating you different. They act like they want you to prove to them you can be their friend. That is OK too. If they want to believe they are in charge of the relationship that is fine. Two weeks is not really a lot of time out of your summer. Years from now you will laught at all these squabbles and wonder why you let then upset you so much. Is a Masters of Professional studies degree worth anything? I am considering it, but is it of any real value?

I don't want to spend the next 2 years earning a worthless degree and I don't want to get further in debt to earn a degree that will not increase my value in the job market. It seems appealing because it is general and seems to be applicable to professional employment/management in general. The concentration will be in strategic leadership. Does anyone know if the degree is worth it? It is appealing because I can take most of the cles online and it will not interfere with my work schedule.

What makes Libertarians and Tea Party people think that their way is so much better than our current system?

I am not asking this question to be hateful. I am truly curious and I'm trying, for once, to be open minded. Why do they believe that a smaller government would be better? Why are they so angry? To me, it seems like they want to overthrow our current system, replace it with a system of their own egos, and impose it on other people who might not want to live with their smaller federal government. Some people don't trust the states very much, as they don't have a very good track record (think slavery, Jim Crow), and when the federal government has less power...whites have more power and everyone else is left at their mercy...which can only lead to terrible things happening to all non-whites. I just think that it's better the evil you know, than the evil you don't know, and some of this Libertarian stuff sounds like anarchy, which I don't want if I'm outnumbered. What can I do to make my camera work!?

My camera just won't turn on! It's an older version of a Casio Exilim, and I admit is has been beat up.. but it has never done this before! A few days ago, Right before it started doing this, my friends and I were at a river.. and a little water got splashed on it... (As I said the camera is beat up, so the screws on the right side came out. The camera is open VERY slightly, and maybe a little water got inside?) The little green light blinks when I press the on switch, but nothing happens at all! And every once in a while it will turn on just fine, or ask me to "retry power on" but as soon as I press the power on will come on like normal. And still, sometimes it will turn on by itself (without me even being around) and start to play a video from the memory (the same video every time.) I've tried everything from taking the battery out and recharging it (the camera was full charge when this started happening) to leaving the battery out for a good amount of time, and pressing all the ons that turn it on at all (The on/off on, "look at pictures" on, and "live mode" on.. and none of them work regularly. HELP!

Is it normal to feel dizzy and faint when you have a bad cold?

I've had a bad cold with a runny nose, headaches, low grade fever and periodically cough up phlegm. It's one of the worst colds I've had because I've also had chills but it's not strep or the flu because I went to the doctor to see if it was. I just have a question regarding feeling dizzy and faint. I've felt this way since a few days ago but it's really bad. I have to sit down after a short time or I feel like I'm gonna drop. What on earth is going on with me?

Lately, even though my eating and exercise habbits have not changed, I have put on weight. I get really dizzy all the time. I can sleep over 12 hours and feel like I need more sleep. I have tried sleeping all different hours, and never feel rested. Also, my back has all the sudden felt like there is a knief in it. My skin has always been a little on the dry side, but now it is dry all over my body and nothing seems to help. Like even now as I am just sittin here, I feel like I am about to faint for no reason! Any idea why my tailbone hurts

I did not hurt it. I have not fallen, been hit, anything like that. I do not understand how my tail bone would inexplicably hurt very badly. Also it hurts even more when I climb stairs or a ladder. This is driving me nuts! I can't even bend over to puck up my 1 year old because it hurts so much. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what may have caused this???

Did they rally to help? Did it cause a debate in the community that divided the town? What did they do to support? How did the public or townspeople react to these incidents? I want to make meat over egg noodles for my husband and I have already looked it up to see if I can switch Cream of Celery or Potato for Cream of Mushroom. I would give it a couple weeks before testing. It would still be too early. If you just got pregnant then your hcg levels wouldn't be high enough for a hpt to pick up.

i feel alone, like crazy alone i found out tonight that my group of friends that i've been close with all through high school and into uni hate me and talk about me behind my back. I could never explain the extent of their hate or what they say but it hurts. There's this one guy who recently became part of our little group or whatever and he fuels them. He brings up past events where i've been in the wrong and gets them all excited. I found out tonight from one friend that they've all been planning to give me an 'intervention'. But not truly in the sense of the word because interventions are suppose to spout good and change what is wrong but they just want an excuse to vent their anger with me and attack me. If its one thing i learned in psych cl its group think. They will gang up on me. Tonight i was warned but now i am friendless except that one. We've been a group of friends for such a long time i'm afraid i'll implode without them but i don't want to be friends with people who like to my face and hate me behind my back. I don't even understand how it happened. Everyone does stupid sh*t right? everyone in our group does something stupid once in a while and its forgiven and forgotten but i guess that's not the case for me, even if its something trivial. They said that i pretend to be drunk, which is not true. The proof of that matter is that when i was really drunk i broke down crying and told some of my friends..well 2 of them that I was biual something I would have never done sober. At the time i didn't even know if it was true or not. I've kissed the odd person, i've said the stupid things, i've danced around all the things that most of them do when they are either high or drunk. I just don't understand why they don't like me. I haven't changed i'm myself around them, i do what i normally do and say what i normally say i'm good to them, i think about them and i share my life with them and they don't care. I'm so loyal its almost disgusting and they don't like me anymore. Tonight i lost my best friends, being around them is going to hurt me emotionally and drain me physically i want them around but not at the cost of my feelings. Knowing that they hate me, knowing that at any moment they could just attack my character, bash my personality and tear apart a friendship I help build over so many years will damage me and i can't let that happen. But now the fear lies in what i'm supposed to do next. Its my fault for not having anyone but them. I now have No friends except one, the one who told me all of this but come september he's back at uni distances away from us. I know this is all bogus and most of this is just venting but the venting and crying and all of this would normally be done on the phone, me talking to my best friend, but i don't have one anymore. Why are we warned not to freeze milk, what happens after you defrost it?

It does end up more watery but I have never heard of NOT freezing it....alot of wives in the military do freeze it because some places you are moved too...its too far to get fresh milk so you have to stock up on it.
