Help with itunes pleseee!?

Alright try this. i'm away from my computer right now so I might be kind of vague. First find the actual file itself. this should be easy If you saved it to your desktop or something. Once you've found it, eight click on it and click properties. check in the tabs for a box marked protect and unchecked it. then click apply at the bottom of the window. Now try to convert it again. it should work.
