Is there any other way too get help?

Hi, I am 18 yrs old and have a very severe eating disorder. I need help, cause i cant get through this on my own. I called an ed hotline and they told me to get therapy. The thing is, is i don't have any health insurance and can't pay for it all on my own. Douse anyone have any suggestions. Thank you.
