Fort Carson, Colorado or Fort Lewis, Washington?

washington is a Beautiful place to live. i've live all over the world, i now live in lacey wa about 10 min. south of ft lewis. if you like hiking, mountain biking, fishing, and other outdoor activities this is the place to be. the weather isn't as bad as you think, it's been about in the 50's all winter i think it got below freezing twice this year. it does rain but not hard usually jut a light drizzle, you will get used to it after a couple months. ft lewis is about 40 minutes away from seattle and about 1.5 hours away from portland OR. every body is really relaxed and easy to get along with because the area is full of pot smokin hippies.
