Is an obstruction of view ticket a primary or secondary offense in your state?

OMG are you just going to continue asking this until you get someone to agree with you?? I am in New Jersey. Both my husband and myself have been pulled over for obstructed view and made to take whatever was obstructing our view down. It's a safety hazard to both you and other drivers. Leave it alone. You got your answer.
