Yes. If Barber is on your bench anyway, you could potentially start LT and Shaun Alexander. Vince Young is gonna be ok, despite his lack of help. However, I'd drop Kaeding (you only need one kicker) and see if you could get Alex Smith, Matt Leinart, or some time of insurance for Young.
