What do you think could be designed better in personal icemakers?

I have to do this project where I will have to provide an original idea to improve a personal icemaker, or solve a common problem tha tthey have. I am not familiar using personal icemakers. So, can anyone who has used (or knows someone who has used) personal icemakers tell me which parts (or in general) needs some innovation? What do you feel could be done better in personal icemakers?
