Is there one medication that treats post hysterectomy symptoms?

I had a partial hysterectomy back in February (have one ovary left). I am having the following symptoms: Absolutely no drive, weight gain, depression, fatigue, severe irritability, can't sleep at night, absolutely no desire for social activities, and did I mention no drive? haha All of these things aren't anything like me. The irritability is starting to take its toll on my family and myself. I find myself snapping at my children for little things that never bothered me before. I feel tense alot of the time and an overwhelming feeling that there's always something that has to be done so i guess I'm having anxiety as well. I will go see my doctor to address all of these, but I'm not sure if I need to see my primary care physician or my ObGyn. So my question is this, is there one medication on the market today to treat all of my symptoms or will i have to take various medications and also should I see my regular doctor or my ObGyn? Your insight is greatly appreciated.
