I want to make meat over egg noodles for my husband and I have already looked it up to see if I can switch Cream of Celery or Potato for Cream of Mushroom. (He hates mushrooms) But I am unsure if Cream of Celery would make a creamier and more flavorful dish as opposed to the Cream of Potato. All of the roads are frozen so I don't have much to work with and I am unable to go to the store. I don't have sour cream, but I do have cheese, (shredded and Parmesan) and milk (evaporated and 1%) any help would be appreciated.
