Did you no private bailiffs can arrest you with a arrest warrant?they have the same power as police to arrest you.they don't need the police present.they are responsible for transporting the prisoner to either prison court or a local police station.they can force entry to your front door and can also use force on anybody trying to stop the arrest from taking place.since 2001 the law came into affect.they have citizens arrest powers aswell as authority from there arrest warrant.they can execute this arrest any where in England and Wales.they use hand cuffs and can search you.you can be charged with resisting arrest and ault.they arrest criminals and people who fail to pay there depts.I've rang my local court they have confirmed this.my local police have to.Devon and cornwall police have realeased a statement under the freedom of information act.I cannot bealeave private citizens who are not police can arrest you and have the same powers.we now have bounty hunters in the uk.they get payed commission per arrest and are known as a bailiff warrant officer or civilian enforcement offiicer.they do have more training then police in arrest and prisoner transport.these are private citizens who work when they want to.they wear police type gear.vest radio handcuff but it says warrant officer instead of police.this is crazy and quite scary.we can now get a private citizen kicking down your door and placing you in handcuffs then personally taking you to prison.
