I have been ually hared at my job and nothing has happened....?

For the past few weeks I feel that I have been ually hared in my workplace. a few days ago, the person who has been doing this to me attempted to kiss me when there was no one around and I screamed for him to get away with me and blatantly informed him of how disgusted I was and that there was no way in hell that I was just going to let him get away with that. I'd say for two weeks prior to this, he kept saying he would kiss me when no one was around but I didnt think he was serious. So the next day I reported to my HR director what happened and she said she would look into it. Well today she approached me and invited me into her office and told me that he was addressed and that he wouldn't do it again and if he tried to retaliate in any way I should let her know. The thing is, I had been dealing with his harment for a while and never said anything because when I brought it to the attention of his supervisor, either I would get in trouble or she would say he would apologize...
