Dull hearing??

My mates urr startin' tae get peed aff because I constantly keep saying "what?" when they speak tae me. I always knew that I could hear better oot ma right ear, but noo it's gettin' ridiculous. Where can I get a test tae see if I wid need any medical intervention?? Wid a wee trip tae the normal doc be enough??
