Which of the following experiences the least amount of seasonal variation?

The equator. Seasons come about because of how the Earth is tilted either away or closer to the sun. Even when the Earth tilts the equator doesn't really move much so that there really isn't any seasonal change there. Iceland pretty much only has two seasons - summer and winter - because it's so far north.
