In most US cities, it's only legal for one man to be married to one woman. Do you think this should be?

I believe someone should be able to marry to as many partners as they choose whether they are a man, woman, heteroual, , . The law that forbids more than one spouse is a constitutional and moral transgression. In the constitution it states that church and state are seperated, the only set of ideals that this law applies to is the christian and jewish faiths. One's right to live as he pleases, guaranteed to him by birth and by the constitution, is also violated with this law. As far as the older couple and the younger couple, why would they need to be married to each other couldn't they have an agreement amongst themselves.
