Can it be harmful to use too much green coolant in a rad?

I can't think of any reason under the sun that you couldn't use a 50/50 mix. I would just use whatever the mix the coolant company recommends for the coldest temperature the scooter will experience. Even if the scooter is just parked, you need the right mix or it can freeze and split your water jackets.
