My 18 mth girl is fine in the morning but vomits in the evening for the last 4 days. No fever, no diarrehia?

she is normal in the mornings but becomes dull in the evenings.she does not want to eat anything but sleeps early evening and gets up at midnight.this has been going for the last 3-4 days.
